This Dog Absolutely Refused To Give Up. The Reason? Your Heart Will Melt.
A mother dog caught in rope refused to give up on her puppy. She did everything she possibly could, but it just wasn’t quite enough. They were both in desperate need of rescue.
The Wildlife Friends Foundation in Thailand (WFFT) received a call about a mother and puppy in urgent need of care.
The mama had a front leg tangled in rope, but continued to try and care for her pup. But the pup was also tangled in a vine that severely injured her neck.
Villagers tried to help, but mama was so protective of her puppy that no one could get close.

Thankfully, the Wildlife Friends Foundation in Thailand was able to track the two dogs down and take them to the rescue center.
Both dogs were untangled and vaccinated and the mother was spayed.
No one knows how the dogs became tangled in rope and vine, but they were going to be okay! And no matter what, they’ll always have each other.
The Wildlife Friends Foundation Thailand treats over 1,000 domestic animals per year of which 300 or so are dogs. With very few people able to adopt, the animals are often returned to the streets once healed. While not ideal, they ensure that the animals have the absolute best chance of survival before returning them home.
