This tiny puppy was found abandoned on a wet blanket near the park and was immediately rushed to the Sacramento SPCA. The sweet thing was thrown out because something’s wrong with part of his brain, a condition called cerebellar hypoplasia. Thankfully, he found a family to love him for who he is. <3
