DAR Animal Rescue were alerted about a small dog who had been hiding away in pain for two days in some bushes. The pup looked good on the outside, but they could tell she was in immense pain and had to be careful picking her up. Pippy started wagging her tail for a great sign before they headed off to the clinic.
The vets gave Pippy a checkup and discovered she had a dislocated hip. She would have to stay at the clinic for several days for recovery, and then it was on to a quieter place where she needed more time to fully heal. Pippy had a great demeanor to her the entire time, and it’s a big reason she is where she is today! 🙂
