A little brown dog had been living in a church parking lot for three years fending for herself. When Danny arrived for rescue, he was surprised that Dixie was eating right out of his hand. This would be easier that he had expected, he thought. But each time, the dog got more and more uncomfortable and retreated even more.
Dixie would cross the street and go into this field area, and the rescuer couldn’t get in because of the fence. So rescuers decided to set up a camera and leave a trap for the night. That was the end of Dixie’s life on the streets, and you’re going to want to see her new one today! 🙂
