Brutus was surrendered to the shelter for being “aggressive,” and his owners said they felt unsafe around him. They claimed the dog did not like men, and that “last night was awful and we cannot do this any longer.” But right when the dog stepped into the room with Lee Asher, none of these things appeared to be true in the slightest…
Lee slowly introduced the newly-named Hooch to his other foster dogs, and he promised himself this would not be a foster fail. “I’m not keeping him, I’m not keeping him,” he kept saying out loud. Well, some promises are just meant to be broken. 😉
