Aloş the Turkish Van cat is no normal looking kitty. His stunning looks have taken the internet by storm, and you have to see him to believe it!
One look at Aloş, and it’s clear to see how he’s captured so much attention.
The unique kitty was born with heterochromia, a condition caused by a melanin deficiency and is common in cats his type and color.
Simply put, his blue and green eyes are stunning. The vibrant colors combined with his white fur just make them pop!

All kitties are born with blue eyes, and the melanin changes the color as they age. But for Aloş, that only happened in one eye.
But no one is complaining, that’s for sure! It is false that all odd-eyed cats are deaf in one ear. Aloş has complete hearing in both ears. 🙂
