Dog with crooked smile dumped at shelter just wants someone to love him for who he is

Picasso was dumped at a shelter along with his brother, Pablo, by their breeder. They found themselves on the euthanasia list just before being rescued by Luvable Dog Rescue. Now the dog with a crooked smile and his brother need forever homes! 😊
