A poor boy named Custard was brought to Sidewalk Specials, but not for help. The dog’s owner had tried to kill him but was unsuccessful and was now asking the animal rescue to finish the job. Custard was scared they would send him back, but these kind people told him he was finally safe.
The rescue was appalled by this person’s request and instead did everything they could to help and fight alongside the pup. A sponsored “care pack” gave Custard a whole new lease on life, and now he sings his days away and receives lots of tummy rubs! 🙂
Custard wants the world to know how happy he is and his old owner to see him now! A second chance at life was all he needed, and his new chapter begins here!
