When Mom tries getting her deaf dog’s attention, her other dog helps to alert and lead him over to her!
Brie Alessi, 28, of Clearwater, Florida, has two rescue dogs: Finn, a deaf Australian Shepherd and Lacey, a mini Australian Shepherd. Finn was born deaf and used to be quite anxious and limited in what he could do. However, after Brie rescued Lacey in 2020, Finn soon began to come out of his shell and has learned to rely on his sister for many things. Whenever Brie calls her dogs over, Lacey will immediately get Finn and bring him to Brie — a trick she learned all by herself. 🙂
