Hope For Paws was alerted to a pit bull who was abandoned at a shipping yard and left to fend for himself. The employees started to feed him every day, and out of that a special bond was created. Alex and Katie arrived on scene with food, speaking the dog’s love language. 🙂
Mack was such a sweet boy and walked with rescuers right out to the vehicle. He was scanned for a microchip, but he did not have one. So it was off to CARES for a bath and checkup! It was discovered Mack had an enlarged prostate, but that was easily cured with neutering, vaccinating, and a safe place to heal. This gentle giant will never have to worry about being abandoned again!
