PETA fieldworkers were driving by when they saw a dog tangled up on a property and stopped to help. But when they approached, the owners said they were no longer interested in even keeping the dog. It was obvious they stopped caring a long time ago.
So they took him away. Flannel was very timid at first and didn’t know how to behave indoors, and he’d had to learn how to be a dog for the very first time in his life. It’d be a process, but one that his guardian, Wendy, was more than willing to see through. 🙂
