Homeless dog in brutal winter wouldn’t let anyone close — then a woman lied down next to him

Olaf the pit bull was abandoned and homeless during one of the worst winters on record. Volunteers tried for hours at a time to rescue him to no avail — until one day a woman lied down next to him in the cemetery.
