Quasimodo was found as a stray in Kentucky, and rescuers couldn’t believe their eyes. His unique look is due to a condition called short spine syndrome, and he’s one of only 13 known cases in the world. He’s been taken in by Second Hand Hounds in Minnesota where he will receive the care needed.
