Rescuers free chained dog in the rain and witness her ‘overwhelming’ gratitude

The Coalition to Unchain Dogs is on the mission to improve the lives of chained-up dogs by providing free spay/neuter, vaccinations, and fences. Just look at how happy the dogs are when freed. 🙂
