A dog named Roxy was no longer wanted by her owner, so they gave her away without second thought to the local children. They didn’t have the proper means to care for her, so she became malnourished and contracted tick bite fever.
Thankfully, someone knew to get ahold of Sidewalk Specials. They got her over to Vet Point where her care would begin. She hadn’t eaten in days, so they waited patiently for her to finish. This second chance at life was just beginning, and the four-year-old dog will never again have to know the feeling of being unwanted and abandoned!
