It’s almost as if shelter animals understand their position and appreciate all the little things that were not available to them in their former lives. They don’t take this new lifestyle for granted and soak up all the love and care possible! That’s why it’s so “hard” to take a break to just sit down for a moment at this particular rescue. 🙂
