A Tampa resident noticed her dog escaped through the fence. The dog was later found stranded in the Hillsborough River, hanging on for dear life. Help arrived and noticed something in the water right next to the dog. It was a manatee and it waited by the dog until he could be rescued. If only dogs could talk!
