Whether it was an act of animal cruelty or a bizarre accident, no one knows for sure. But when they saw this dog with his head stuck in a wheel, they were shocked.
Firefighters see their fair share of odd animal rescues each year, but this was a first. The Indianapolis Fire Department sure had their work cut out for them. It would take a lot of work and a lot of patience, but they knew it had to be done.
