Arthur the rescue pup is extremely tiny and requires extra care compared to the other dogs. He wears sweaters made from children’s socks, and is too tiny to stay in a kennel. He goes home at night with a staff member where he will receive treatment for a few more weeks before finding a forever home. 🙂
